Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days after your order is placed.

U.S. Shipping

At this time, Wild Lux Lash only ships within the United States.

Standard Shipping orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days through USPS after shipment.

Express Shipping orders are typically delivered within 3–4 business days through USPS after shipment.

Please note that shipping timeframes begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wild Lux Lash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to USPS.

We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and being available when your package is scheduled to arrive.

Once your shipping confirmation has been sent, USPS will have the most up-to-date tracking information regarding your package. Orders marked as “Delivered” by USPS are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If your package is missing or delayed, please contact USPS directly to file a claim or request additional tracking updates. Missing packages may not be traceable after 14 days from the marked delivery date.
